Who We Are
On February 24, 2022 Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine.
Since, the Russian military has committed numerous war crimes and the invasion has caused a humanitarian crisis and this invasion is yet another treat to democracy, especially with the Russian annexation of eastern Ukraine.
South Carolina Stands with Ukraine is a group of South Carolinians from across the Palmetto State of all faiths, races, genders, political parties and backgrounds calling for an immediate end to the war in Ukraine.
We stand in solidarity with those in Ukraine, Russia and beyond who are fighting against Putin and his war.
